About Lifestyle & Preventive Care Weekly TV Show
Lifestyle & Preventive Care Weekly is a weekly 30-minute show, which focuses on how the Mind-Body Spirit connection leads to disease and how using that connection can prevent disease. The show is fast-paced and jam-packed with cutting-edge research-based information on lifestyle practices, such as exercise, nutrition, positive emotions, stress reduction, meaningful relationships, humor, etc and disease prevention.
Experts in the field of lifestyle practices and disease prevention are featured on the show weekly, including patients who have experienced lifestyle related diseases. Using a holistic approach, the show examines every aspect of a disease process, and all the factors that contribute to diseases: environment, emotions and thoughts, lifestyle, diet, attitudes, inactivity, beliefs, etc.
The goal of the show is to educate the public about the effects lifestyle practices have on preventing diseases and complications in existing diseases, which in turn can improve wellness, quality of life, productivity and longevity.
